SIL Support Ratio
We offer flexible support ratios, including 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3, based on individual needs. Our experienced support staff is trained to provide personalised care and assistance to meet the specific requirements of each participant.
24/7 On-Site Support Staff
Our dedicated support staff is available on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are there to ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of participants, providing assistance and support whenever needed.
24/7 On-Call Nursing Support
In addition to on-site support staff, we also have 24/7 on-call nursing support available. This ensures that participants have access to professional nursing assistance at all times, further enhancing their safety and peace of mind.
Freshly Cooked Meals
We understand the importance of nutritious and delicious meals in promoting health and well-being. Our culinary team prepares freshly cooked meals, taking into consideration any dietary requirements or preferences of participants.
Group Outings
We believe in fostering social connections and community engagement. Our team organises group outings and activities to promote socialisation, recreation, and the exploration of the local area. These outings provide opportunities for participants to build relationships, have fun, and create lasting memories.
